Used Bodymax power/weightlifting belt. Not recommended if you are very short as this will dig into your hips and ribs and if you are quite wide is this won't be long enough for you.. The full length is 40in/101cm but if you end at the furthest notch the length is 35in/88cm. The width is 4in/10cm. Two of the notches are a bit worn as you can see in the photo.
