He's had a life, his hair is a bit matted, and the clothes are a little dishevelled. I'm not quite sure what he's made from, it feels like a soft type of slightly rubberised plaster for his head, arms and legs with wire attached to make him articulated, sorry it sounds very vague, I also don't know anything about how marionettes work so I've untangle the strings as much as I can but I'm sure he will need restringing.
