These are the earlier editions (not coloured strings) late 40’s/early 50’s. Both dolls are in nice condition and fully moving. Hand painted faces are still very vibrant but boy has a rub on his pin nose. String tangled but all attached. Felt on both waistcoats has moth damage. Rayon and cotton garments are without damage but boys pants need a clean. Box in nice condition with a little of the label missing and some pencil marks. Ink stamp to edge shows type SS Dutch Girl.
