This is the 4th printing of the 1948 50th anniversary edition printed in 1950. It is a large leather, bound book all about the care and feeding of stock animals. It was owned and from the estate of former calif governor and Supreme Court justice Earl Warren. His name is written on the inner cover along with the address of the governor's mansion in Sacramento, at that time. Attractive, heavy Black Book in good condition.
